- Dear Mr. Rupp, I wanted to take the time to share my experience with Big Sky. My church held a vacation Bible school and on the final night of the week we rented an inflatable. I was initially put off by the price of the unit, but due to having already made promises I proceeded as planned. I guess my inexperience with these units caused me to have sticker shock, however as I drove in our lot and beheld the sheer size and beauty of the water slide, I knew I had definitely got my monies worth. This thing was huge! It was clean, and it created such an excitement in my group that I could hardly contain them (and I’m talking about the volunteer staff not the kids! The children were of course blown away as well. I thought that they eventually would become bored, but well after two full hours of play, they had to be ripped away from it. You staff was more than courteous. Shawn should be applauded for being a consummate profession even in my frustration. She was calm and helpful. The times. Location, needs, were all communicated to me by phone and by email in a manner that made this experience worry free. The gentleman that came to set up the unit went above and beyond to help make sure it was safe, and set up the way we liked it. Overall It was experience that I won’t soon forget. Commonly we recall and recant the bad customer experiences, but this is an occasion I will mark on my calendar as one of seamless continuity and service excellence. - We loved both items we rented, the boat was hot to touch but the kids had swam in the pool in and out so they cooled it off quickly. Snow cone machine was a hit for sure. I have given your information to almost every mom that was at the party and they are looking forward to getting your inflatable’s for their events. The gentlemen that dropped it off brought the wrong order at 9 am and our time for drop off was noon but we figured out the mix-up and everything was fine, we actually knew the person who was receiving the other order. They were very nice and informative. Also the women who took my order, Sharee, I believe was her name was very helpful and prompt getting all documents sent to me, being that this was a last minute order. - The guy that brought the moonwalk was a little late on revised delivery time, but had called and said he was running late. Wanted to deliver about one hour earlier than scheduled. This was ok he was still here by original time. Two guys showed up to get the moonwalk and let the granddaughters help with letting the air out of it. I think they had more fun doing that than they had jumping. Everything went great. Will use your company again in the future and will help spread the word about your company. - I rented a water moonwalk for the 4th of July weekend from Big Sky Party Rentals. I was very pleased with their friendly & efficient service. The day of our event we got unexpected showers forcing us to reschedule our celebration for the following day. I contacted Big Sky and they were extremely understandable. They allowed us to keep the moonwalk the next day and everything worked out wonderfully. The moonwalk was too much fun!! Everyone at our celebration (young ones and us adults) had a blast! - We rented from you on Sunday, and everything was great. My husband picked it up and had no issues with any of that, even though I was the one who made all of the arrangements. He was able to get it loaded up and unloaded with the help of one of our teenage sons. He probably had the whole thing up and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Our little boys loved it and the party was a blast. They are already wanting to rent another one for their next bday. Sharee was who helped me on the phone, and she was so polite and wonderful.
