Hello Matthew, We had another great experience with our Big Sky Party Rental for the 4th of July. Scott was the person who delivered and set up our item. Although it was not quite on time – he did call and explain the situation and gave me a new time which was perfectly fine with us He carefully reviewed the contract and terms with us and made sure we understood all the rules. He also provided us with his cell number and encouraged us to call it any problems arose. The item was very clean and when we discovered a small hole an hour later, we texted a picture to Scott. The company contacts me to check with me to make sure everything is scheduled right and where the exact location is. Matthew, I rented the fan for the dancing boy and it was a perfect fit for my dancing boy that I purchased due to yours being destroyed. The dancing boy was the one thing my friend really wanted for her graduation party and thanks to you she got it. Your prices are wonderful, especially considering the fact that you are insured (and I actually believe that!!). I received a follow up phone call this week, to ensure my needs were met, and they were. The call was much appreciated and not “the norm” for so many companies these days. Delivery was right on time, and set up was quick. The instructions were clear, and we had zero issues. My daughter’s birthday was a huge success thanks to your company! Hello!!! I want to take a minute to say “Thank you!” I called a couple of days before I was hoping to rent something. I submitted a request online and was called the next morning. I expected the staff to be a little put out by the lateness of my call, but instead she was VERY accommodating and WONDERFUL to work with. She answered all of my many questions and the date was set!! Three…three days later the inflatable was delivered and setup. The gentleman who delivered/picked it up was also very nice and polite and the unit looked like new!! Thank you for a fun filled day and a group of very tired children!! The kids enjoyed the flume water slide. I only wished I would have counted the number of slides down! There was not a time between 10:30 and 5:30 that kids were not sliding down. We will rent again. The kids are already asking if we can rent one again next weekend. Thank you.

Everyone I worked with at Big Sky was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Dear Mr. Rupp, I wanted to take the time to share my experience with Big Sky. My church held a vacation Bible school and on the final night of the week we rented an inflatable. I was initially put off by the price of the unit, but due to having already made promises I proceeded as planned. I guess my inexperience with these units caused me to have sticker shock, however as I drove in our lot and beheld the sheer size and beauty of the water slide, I knew I had definitely got my monies worth. This thing was huge! It was clean, and it created such an excitement in my group that I could hardly contain them (and I’m talking about the volunteer staff not the kids! The children were of course blown away as well. I thought that they eventually would become bored, but well after two full hours of play, they had to be ripped away from it. You staff was more than courteous. Shawn should be applauded for being a consummate profession even in my frustration. She was calm and helpful. The times. Location, needs, were all communicated to me by phone and by email in a manner that made this experience worry free. The gentleman that came to set up the unit went above and beyond to help make sure it was safe, and set up the way we liked it. Overall It was experience that I won’t soon forget. Commonly we recall and recant the bad customer experiences, but this is an occasion I will mark on my calendar as one of seamless continuity and service excellence. Thank you.

First time ever renting an inflatable bouncer, let alone an inflatable slip-n-slide. The guy that delivered it was on time, very friendly, and went over everything thoroughly. We loved both items we rented, the boat was hot to touch but the kids had swam in the pool in and out so they cooled it off quickly. Snow cone machine was a hit for sure. I have given your information to almost every mom that was at the party and they are looking forward to getting your inflatable’s for their events. The gentlemen that dropped it off brought the wrong order at 9 am and our time for drop off was noon but we figured out the mix-up and everything was fine, we actually knew the person who was receiving the other order. They were very nice and informative. Also the women who took my order, Sharee, I believe was her name was very helpful and prompt getting all documents sent to me, being that this was a last minute order. The guy that brought the moonwalk was a little late on revised delivery time, but had called and said he was running late. Wanted to deliver about one hour earlier than scheduled. This was ok he was still here by original time. Two guys showed up to get the moonwalk and let the granddaughters help with letting the air out of it. I think they had more fun doing that than they had jumping. Everything went great. Will use your company again in the future and will help spread the word about your company. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented a water moonwalk for the 4th of July weekend from Big Sky Party Rentals. I was very pleased with their friendly & efficient service. The day of our event we got unexpected showers forcing us to reschedule our celebration for the following day. I contacted Big Sky and they were extremely understandable. They allowed us to keep the moonwalk the next day and everything worked out wonderfully. The moonwalk was too much fun!! Everyone at our celebration (young ones and us adults) had a blast! We rented from you on Sunday, and everything was great. My husband picked it up and had no issues with any of that, even though I was the one who made all of the arrangements. He was able to get it loaded up and unloaded with the help of one of our teenage sons. He probably had the whole thing up and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Our little boys loved it and the party was a blast. They are already wanting to rent another one for their next bday. Sharee was who helped me on the phone, and she was so polite and wonderful. I had several people at the party ask me where we got our inflatable and I have passed on your name. This was a great experience and when we need to rent something like this again, we will come to you.
We were extremely pleased with our inflatable rentals on Saturday, Sept. 22 in Colwich. The kids really enjoyed them and we (Legacy Bank employees) were relieved that we didn’t have to lug boxes, equipment, supplies and such to the park – you took care of all that for us!!! It was a great day and we heard many positive comments and thank you’d throughout the day!!
